Rigden Farm Senior Living (Ft. Collins, CO)

Executive Director

Responsible for managing and supporting an outstanding team of professionals; ensures the highest quality of customer service is available for our resident. Works with management team and staff to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction; Supports sales initiatives by assisting in sales activates and in community outreach. You will be responsible for networking with local areas to generate community awareness for Rigden Farms and assist in developing the community's budget and reaching NOI. ; maintains corporate culture; updates product culture knowledge and industry trends to keep your community in the main stream regarding services, amenities, and competition and maintains regulatory compliance.

Server (PT positions available)
Responsible for delivery of services provided by the Food Services Department. Accountable to monitor the activities and behavior for the residents of the Community so that the care, services and activities of each resident is appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable and efficient manner. Coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and services for each resident. Actively engage in supporting, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities and interests. Assist Food Service team in preparation, presentation of high-quality meals and services and perform duties as required for the smooth operation of the Food Services Department.

Housekeeper
Responsible for housekeeping services for residents in the Community. Coordinate and communicate with all housekeeping and other team members of the Community in maintaining a holistic perspective of services and care. Actively engage in supporting, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities and interests. Assume cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis. Keep all areas of the Community clean, neat, attractive and safe for residents, guests and team members at all times.

Cook (Full and Part-time positions available)
The Cook is responsible for delivery of services provided by the Food Services Department. Accountable to monitor the activities and behavior for the residents of the Community so that the care, services and activities of each resident is appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable and efficient manner. Coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and services for each resident. Actively engage in supporting, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities and interests.

Provide the highest quality food preparation, plate presentation and prompt service to all residents. He/She must possess general knowledge of and demonstrate proficiency in various food preparation techniques, serving methods, portion control standards and general nutritional requirements for residents of retirement housing communities.

Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure delivery of medications and health related items to the residents within the facility. The Medication Aide assists in developing, coordinating and performing the tasks on the service plan according to the residents' preferences and abilities. Certification and previous work with the elderly population is required.

Cedar Village Assisted Living Community (Salem, OR)

Certified Medication Aides (Full and Part-time positions available)
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure delivery of medications and health related items to the residents within the facility. The Medication Aide assists in developing, coordinating and performing the tasks on the service plan according to the residents' preferences and abilities. Certification and previous work with the elderly population is required.

Resident Assistant / Caregiver
To provide assistance to the residents in the Community including: stand-by assist (or reminders) with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair, and maintaining the personal environment (i.e., clothing, linen, personal belongings with the apartment), responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor's requests and corrects environment hazards in an appropriate and safe manner. Previous work with the elderly population is desirable.
