Enhanced Living PlusTM

Sometimes all it takes to remain independent is a little help from day-to-day. Our Enhanced Living PlusTM program, provides personal assistance with reminders, errands, meals and household chores on an individual basis. The monthly fee includes a wide range of services designed to accommodate most residents. Community base rate services include:

  • Weekly housekeeping service personal laundry & linen service
  • Scheduled personal limousine transportation (a minimal charge may apply)
  • Scheduled bus transportation for community sponsored trips, activities & events
  • 24-hour emergency call system
  • Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel sink & storage cabinets
  • All utilities (except telephone)
  • Supervised exercise and activities programs
  • Full Spectrum Lifestyle Activities & Wellness Program
  • 24 hr. protective oversight by licensed staff
  • Verbal reminders for bathing, dressing & grooming
  • Assistance with menu selections
  • Verbal reminders of meals and/or activities
  • Medication reminders up to three times per day
  • Assistance setting appointments

If needed, additional assisted living service packages are available for additional fees that would be added to the base rate.
