Transitional Memory Care, Anthem, AZ

On the continuum of care, The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living offers a step between Assisted Living and Memory Care for people who can complete daily tasks but may be confused, forgetful or show signs of mild to moderate memory loss (also known as mild cognitive impairment or MCI). Less restrictive than complete Memory Care programs, our Transitional Memory Care program—called The Residence Club™—provides extra care and stimulation while helping you maintain your independence.

The Residence Club™

In this seven-day-a-week program, which is limited to 12 people, you get everything included in Assisted Living, plus:

  • Apartment Living—Get the consistency and stability of remaining in your Assisted Living apartment while you participate in the program.
  • Structured Activities—Join in specialized activities that stimulate your brain and body and are based on your abilities and preferences.
  • Social Interaction—Socialize with others in a safe environment.
  • Dedicated Staff—Spend your days with Life Enrichment Specialists trained in supporting people with impaired memory.
  • Weekly Updates—Rest assured that your family will be kept abreast of how you’re doing with regular communication.
