Whether you just need help with daily activities or require specialized dementia care, you’ll find four living options to meet your needs at HighPointe. Spanning the continuum from Assisted Living to Memory Care—and with the unique Transitional Memory Care Program in between—we enable you to live as independently as possible.
To balance your desire for independence and need for assistance, the caring team at HighPointe provides help with activities of daily living, along with enriching activities, housekeeping and transportation.
Transitional Memory Care
If you need more support with memory loss than is offered in Assisted Living but less than is offered in Memory Care, you might benefit from our Transitional Memory Care Program, called The Residence Club™.
For those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our community offers The Path to the Present® – A Resident Directed Program. This specialized memory loss program keeps your loved one engaged and safe around the clock.
Nursing homes, also called skilled nursing facilities, are for people who don’t need to be in a hospital but can’t be cared for at home. They provide more medical care than we offer at HighPointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. But if you don’t need that much care, our community might be just right.
