A truly all-inclusive senior living community, Meadow Brook offers several living options. Whether you need light care or more assistance, a short-term stay or a long-term home, you’ll find it here—for care that meets your needs today and down the road.
Here you can lead a vibrant, healthy lifestyle in every way. You’ll find activities and amenities to keep your days full. Plus we take care of all the household tasks—so you have freedom to enjoy your retirement.
Meadow Brook gives you a safe home where your desire for independence and need for assistance are balanced. You get enriching activities, plus help with activities of daily living (ADLs), housekeeping and transportation to create a full life.
Transitional Memory Care
When you need more care than is offered in Assisted Living, but less care than you get in Memory Care, our Transitional Memory Care program—called The Residence Club™—may be just what you need.
Our community also includes full Memory Care for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Called The Path to the Present® – A Resident Directed Program, our services keep our residents engaged and safe 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
When you need a short-term place to stay during an illness, after a surgery, during rehabilitation or when a caregiver is away, come to us. You get a comfortable, fully furnished apartment with hotel amenities like Concierge services.
*Respite Stays are subject to availability. Contact the community for more information.
At Meadow Brook Senior Living, we don’t offer skilled nursing. Nursing homes—also called skilled nursing facilities—offer a higher level of medical care than you’ll find here. Many are for people who don’t need a hospital but can’t be cared for at home. If you don’t need that kind of care, then our Retirement Living or Assisted Living communities might be just what you’re looking for.
