Great for people who want to age in place, Gardens at Westlake Senior Living provides three living options. We offer independent and assisted living for people who can live on their own—or with a little extra help. And the unique Transitional Memory Care Program provides support for memory loss within Assisted Living. We help your loved one live here comfortably—for as long as possible.
Here your loved one can lead an active, healthy lifestyle. He or she can find activities and amenities to keep the days full. Plus, we take care of all the household tasks—freeing up your loved one to enjoy retirement.
If your loved one wants to remain independent, but needs help with activities of daily living, this is the place. We provide any needed assistance plus healthy meals, enriching activities, housekeeping and transportation.
Transitional Memory Care
To enable your loved one to remain in Assisted Living, even as he or she needs more support for memory loss, our Transitional Memory Care Program, called The Residence Club™, provides a unique option that may be just what you need.
Gardens at Westlake Senior Living does not provide skilled nursing. If your loved one doesn’t need a hospital, but can’t be cared for at home, you might be looking at nursing homes. Also called skilled nursing facilities, they provide more medical care than we offer. But if your loved one doesn’t need that much care, our community might be just right.
